Executive Speech Writer

When you're looking for an executive speech writer, you're not just after someone who can write great speech, but someone who's comfortable working with executives. This is because the executive's time is so valuable, and the writer needs the ability to quickly discern what the executive wants to put into this speech. Does she want to be heavily involved? Does he want the writer tackling almost everything? Does the writer know how to respect the executive's expertise while still offering professional guidance on the speech and not getting flustered by working at this level?

I've grown up around executives and have close relationships with corporate CEOs and other executives. Working at this level is natural to me.
